“ Omg this place was soooooooooo good. Definitely the best Mexican I had in Santa Cruz. I ordered two crispy tacos. My plate overflowed somehow and they were utterly delicious. Served with homemade chips. My son ordered a Super chicken burrito with beans and rice and enjoyed it. I am an utter chips and salsa critic and I can say the salsa bar really makes the whole place (wish I took a pic!). The pico de gallo and salsa is spicy/hot and absolutely fantastic. They had pickled onions and carrots done well that added so much flavor on top. Just perfect. I was embarrassed by how much I went back to refresh my plate and honestly I would pay for a larger container. Staff was friendly and helpful. So good! Will be back! ”

“ Why is it always the hole in the wall places that are the best? This place is bomb.com. Food was delicious. Tacos were absolutely filled with tasty shredded chicken. Cheese tasted freshly shredded. Big difference from bagged shredded cheese. Crunchy shell was light and tasty. Beans and rice were great. Salsa was spicy but tasty. Spicy is good with me. Chips were free and fresh and tasty. Definitely made in house. Service was excellent. Guy even came out and asked me how the food was. ”

“ My fiancée and I were dying to finally try this spot because they are located so close to our home. When we saw they were open we were so excited! Its the perfect little spot for lunch or dinner. Its just a minute walk from the boardwalk too. I had the 3 taco plate w/carne asada, it was perfect and filling. Their beans and rice were out of this world! My fiancée had the super quesadilla along with the strawberry Marg (which was massive!) No complaints, all was delicious and cooked perfectly. Prices weren't bad either, everything was very affordable. There's no excuse to not try these guys out. It's definitely worth it in my opinion. Huge thanks to our new neighbors :) We will be back for sure! ”
